I've been a dental assistant in this practice for over 10 years. I began my career in high school helping out at my dad's practice in my after school hours and later found my way back into dentistry with a passion for patient care. I have lots of hobbies outside of the office which include a love for healthy lifestyle, outdoors, traveling, yoga, cooking and spending time with family, friends and my "fur" babies.
Originally from southern Oregon, I served 9 years in the U.S. Army where I worked as a dental assistant. I met my husband of 23 years who also served in the 101st airborne in Desert Storm. I have lived in the Tri-cities since 1991. Besides my 30+ years as a dental assistant I love sharing in my twin son's lives, gardening, antiquing, and spending time with my 4 furry kids.
I've had the pleasure of being part of the Viewpoint dental team since April 2016, but have been in dentistry going on 6 years. I started as a dental assistant and now slowly but surely am transitioning to help up at the front desk. I'm passionate about being a patient advocate. I enjoy being able to help calm fears, answer questions and help make treatment possible in a soothing environment. Another passion of mine is my family, my soulmate Oscar, our 4 dogs and friends. We love to travel and explore new places.
I am the office manager here at Viewpoint Dentistry. I first started in the practice 23 years ago as a dental assistant, but in 2000 moved to the front office. My husband Jerrell and I have a blended family of 6 kids who keep my free time occupied with sporting events.
I've been a dental hygienist for over 40 years and have been working with Dr. Higgins for over 27 years. Now as the practice transitions I am happily working with Dr. Snow. My husband, Steve and I have been married for 40 years and have 2 adult children. I have been able to watch our patients' families grow up, swapped stories, and am proud to call many of them friends. I enjoy providing oral health care and presenting information in a caring nonjudgmental way. My patients feel like family after the first few visits! I spend the bulk of my free time on the Oregon coast.
I have been a dental hygienist since 1988 and in this office since 2001 developing relationships and providing care for our amazing patients. My husband, Adam, and I have 2 teenage sons that keep us busy with spectating sports like; swimming, tennis, soccer, and basketball. In my spare time I enjoy playing pickle ball, hiking, cooking, and gardening. I have a passion for people and health and loves to pass that desire for great health on to others.
